Recipe
1. Wash and drain the mesclun. Wash and dice the peppers. Slice the onions.
2. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to the salad, along with the olives, hard-boiled eggs, tuna, and anchovies.
To finish, arrange everything nicely on a plate. Make the vinaigrette with oil and basil. Pour over the salad and enjoy!
