Golden apples 400g
Mascarpone 200g
Flour 00 250g
Sugar 150g
Eggs (about 2) 120g

How to prepare the Apple and mascarpone cake
To make the apple and mascarpone cake, first peel the apples, remove the core 1 and cut them into irregular cubes 2. In a bowl, pour the whole eggs and sugar 3.
Add a pinch of salt 4 and beat the mixture with electric beaters until frothy 5. Add the mascarpone 6 and mix with the beaters.
Now incorporate the sifted flour little by little 7 and the baking powder 8. Keeping it beating, flavor with the seeds of the vanilla pod 9.
Finally, add the apple cubes 10 and mix to incorporate them into the mixture 11. Grease and flour a 20 cm diameter mold 12.
Pour the mixture inside and level it with a spatula or the back of a slightly damp spoon 13. Bake the cake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for 50 minutes. Storage
