Ingredients
- 1 pot of crème fraîche
- grated gruyere cheese
- 4 teaspoons of butter
- pepper
- salt
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 240°C (thermostat 8). Butter 4 ramekins.
Step 2
Cut the bacon slices into strips (one slice per ramekin) and place them in the bottom of the ramekins.
Step 3
Crack an egg into each ramekin, add one or two teaspoons of crème fraîche on top of the eggs, then cover with grated gruyere cheese.
Step 4
Put a teaspoon of butter on each ramekin and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 5
Enjoy it hot.
