Recipe
1 Slice the onions and garlic. Fry them in a large pot. Add the meat and let it cook.
2 Pour in the peeled tomatoes. Crush them roughly with a potato masher, for example. Cook for 5 minutes.
3 Add the tomato concentrate and the tomato coulis.
4 Finish by adding water, bay leaves, thyme, salt, pepper, and chili.
5 Let simmer without covering for at least 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
To finish, serve with pasta, cheese (for an original touch, opt for ketjap sauce and/or tabasco).
