- 1 pre-made fresh tart crust
- Salt (according to taste since the bacon is already very salty)
- 1 package of frozen, steamed broccoli
- 200 g of smoked or salted bacon, according to taste
- 20 cl of 5% fat cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- Cayenne pepper
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2: In a skillet, fry the bacon without any fat.
Step 3: Roll out the crust and prick it with a fork. Place it in a tart pan.
Step 4: Spread the bacon (without the fat) over the crust. Do the same with the frozen broccoli (no need to thaw it).
Step 5: Cut the mozzarella into small pieces, then place it on top of the mixture.
Step 6: Beat the eggs with the cream, then pour the mixture over the tart.
Step 7: Add salt and pepper according to taste.
Step 8: Bake the tart in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C.
