Ingredients
- 250 g of fromage blanc
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 pinch of sugar
- pepper
- salt
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp of thick crème fraîche
- 2 finely chopped shallots
- 1 garlic clove (according to your taste)
- 1 large bunch of chives
Preparation
Step 1: Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Step 2: In a salad bowl, prepare a sort of “cervelle de canut” as follows: mix the fromage blanc and the crème fraîche.
Step 3: Add the oil, vinegar, a pinch of sugar and crushed garlic. Incorporate the finely chopped shallots and very finely chopped chives. Salt and pepper to your taste.
Step 4: Mix the cucumbers and the sauce.
Step 5: To serve, decorate with chives.
