Ingredients
- 2 peppers of 2 different colors
- 2 firm tomatoes
- Flat parsley
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 cauliflower
- 1/2 cucumber
- Lime juice
- Chives
- 1 shallot
- 1 paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the peppers, tomatoes, and cucumber into cubes.
Step 2
Chop the shallot roughly.
Step 3
Pulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor until they have a coarse, grainy texture.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, cauliflower, and lime juice. Add the turmeric, paprika, and ginger powder. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Add finely chopped parsley and chives. Optionally, add a drizzle of hazelnut oil.
