Crunchy Bulgur Salad” – Delicious, nutritious and easy to make!

Ingredients:

2 tomatoes

1 red bell pepper

1 carrot

A handful of parsley

Pepper

Salt

Oil

Vinegar

2 glasses of bulgur

1/2 bunch of radishes

Preparation:

Step 1:

– Cook the bulgur in salted boiling water for 12 minutes. Drain and let it cool.

Step 2:

– Wash and remove the seeds of the bell pepper, then cut it into small cubes.

Step 3:

– Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes.

Step 4:

– Rinse and cut the radishes into thin slices.

Step 5:

– Wash and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 6:

– Wash and chop the parsley.

Step 7:

– Mix the above vegetables and the bulgur. Season with vinaigrette.

Step 8:

– Serve chilled.
