Ingredients:
- Coriander
- Tabasco
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of country bread
- 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
- Mint
- 1 splash of lime juice
- 1 clove of garlic
Preparation:
Step 1: Boil the eggs for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Step 2: Peel the avocado and remove the core.
Step 3: In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix it with the yogurt, chopped mint and coriander, and lime juice.
Step 4: Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Toast the bread slices and rub each one with half a clove of garlic.
Step 6: Spread the avocado mash on the bread and place a peeled egg on each one. Cut the eggs in half, add salt, pepper, and a few drops of tabasco.
