- 8 Roma tomatoes (elongated shape)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 slices of country bread, slightly thick
- 1 garlic clove
- Cut the tomatoes into small dice after removing the green part on top, put them in a small bowl with a good olive oil and salt.
- Grill the slices of country bread, then rub them with garlic.
- Generously arrange the tomato/olive oil mixture on the bread, to be enjoyed immediately (warm).
