Ingredients:
1 puff pastry
2 black puddings
2 apples
Preparation:
Step 1: Put the pastry in the mold and crumble the black puddings (2 or 3 depending on your taste and size).
Step 2: The pastry should be completely covered but thinly. Then peel the apples, slice them, and place them on top (with a pretty pattern!)
Step 3: Place everything in the oven and watch it carefully.
Step 4: As soon as the apples are golden, it’s ready!
