Ingredients
- 50 g grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 4 eggs
- 200 g button mushrooms
Preparation
- Beat the 4 eggs with salt and pepper.
- Add grated Gruyere cheese and sliced mushrooms to the beaten eggs.
- Heat a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
- Cook until the eggs are set, flipping the omelette halfway through cooking.
- Serve with a salad and enjoy!
