Easy Pie Crust: Make Pie Without Rolling Dough!


1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon white sugar

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup canola oil

2 tablespoons milk


To make this pie crust, preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 230 degrees Celsius. Begin by sifting together the flour, sugar, and salt in the center of a pie plate. Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in the canola oil and milk. Mix the ingredients together using a fork and press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the pie plate.

Put the pie crust in the preheated oven and bake it for 8 to 10 minutes, or until it becomes golden brown. Once finished baking, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool.
