Ingredients
1 puff pastry
2 tomatoes
1 onion
sugar
grated cheese
mustard
canned tuna
Preparation
Step 1 – Cut 1 onion into small pieces and fry it on low heat with a little olive oil.
Step 2 – Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the pan.
Step 3 – Melt it all together.
Step 4 – Add a little sugar to remove the acidity of the tomatoes.
Step 5 – Add the tuna and let it cook for 5 minutes, still at low heat.
Step 6 – Put the puff pastry in a tart dish, prick it with a fork, then spread mustard on the pastry (it will give it more flavor).
Step 7 – Add your preparation to the dish and sprinkle grated cheese.
Step 8 – Put everything in the oven at 210°C (thermostat 7) for 45 minutes.
