Ingredients
For 8 people
1 plain yogurt
2 yogurt pots of sugar
6 yogurt pots of flour
2 yogurt pots of peanut oil
1 packet of vanilla sugar
3 eggs
1/2 packet of baking powder
Preparation
1 Put the yogurt in a bowl. Add the sugar and mix well.
2 Add the flour, baking powder and mix well.
3 Add the beaten eggs, oil, and vanilla. Whisk well to obtain a smooth batter.
4 Pour this batter into a greased mold. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
