Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tomato
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 round bread rolls
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cucumber
- 50g tuna
- 50g anchovies
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 pitted black olives
Preparation
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs and pitted black olives into thick rounds, and the onion into thin rounds.
- Cut the bell pepper, tomato, anchovies, and 1/2 cucumber into small cubes.
- In the bottom of a salad bowl, mix the olive oil and lemon juice. Add the vegetables, tuna, and anchovies.
- Mix well.
- Cut off the top of the bread rolls and remove a little bit of the crumb.
- Rub the inside with the peeled garlic clove, and line the inside with a lettuce leaf.
- Fill with the contents of the salad bowl and serve immediately.
