Ingredients
- 2 kg of trotters
- vinegar sauce
Preparation
- Cook the trotters (without peeling) in slightly salted boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Drain them, wait for them to cool down, and then peel them by twisting them. Eat them while dipping them in vinegar sauce.
- Tip: Enjoy them outside unless you want to redecorate your interior!
