Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Parsley
- Pepper and salt
- 1 fennel
- 1 apple, preferably acidic
- Lemon
- 1 small can of natural tuna
- 1 shallot
Directions

Clean the fennel, remove any damaged parts so that it is completely white and remove the branches that are too hard.

Cut it into pieces then grate it with a grater with larger holes than for carrots. Set aside.

Peel and core the apple, cut it into small cubes, add the lemon juice and olive oil right away (so it doesn’t spoil), season with salt and pepper.

Mince the shallot and parsley and add it to the mixture.

Drain the tuna and add it to the mixture.

Add the fennel to the mixture, mix everything together and serve chilled. A real treat for the whole family.
