Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 goat cheese log
- 450g frozen spinach (chopped or in branches)
- 3 eggs
- 1 liquid cream (25 cl)
- pink berries
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw the spinach in a saucepan and preheat the oven to 200°C. In the meantime, whisk the eggs and cream together.
Step 2
Add the goat cheese to the mixture by cutting the slices into 4 parts: the cheese will melt quite a bit during cooking but the taste will remain present. Reserve 4 slices for decoration.
Step 3
Season with salt (not too much, given the amount of cheese), pepper and a few pink berries if you have them, which give a small original touch.
Step 4
Pour the well-drained spinach into the mixture, stir, then pour everything into your pie crust. Arrange the 4 slices of goat cheese.
Step 5
Bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C (you can reduce to 180°C for the last 10 minutes depending on the type of oven).
