Ingredients
- 2 courgettes
- 150 g of flour
- 100 g of grated gruyere
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- pepper
- salt
- 150 g of goat cheese
- 4 eggs
- 15 cl of milk
Preparation

Cut the goat cheese into cubes, sauté the sliced courgettes in a tablespoon of oil in a pan.

Mix flour, baking powder, eggs, warm milk and oil.

Add grated gruyere, salt and pepper, goat cheese and courgettes, then mix well.

Butter a cake tin and pour in the mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6).
