Goat Cheese and Zucchini Cake” — savory and easy-to-make dish packed with amazing flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 courgettes
  • 150 g of flour
  • 100 g of grated gruyere
  • 10 cl of olive oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 150 g of goat cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 15 cl of milk

Preparation

  1. Cut the goat cheese into cubes, sauté the sliced courgettes in a tablespoon of oil in a pan.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, eggs, warm milk and oil.

  3. Add grated gruyere, salt and pepper, goat cheese and courgettes, then mix well.

  4. Butter a cake tin and pour in the mixture.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6).
