Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green and 1 red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- pepper
- salt
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 150 g feta cheese, cubed
- lemon juice and zest
- 50 g black olives (optional)
Preparation
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and put them in a salad bowl.
- Add the cucumber, green pepper, red pepper, and olives.
- Mix in half of the onion and the cubed feta cheese.
- On top of the salad, layer the remaining onion and feta cheese.
- Add the lemon zest and juice, seasoning with oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and serve.
