Ham and Olive Savory Cake – Delicious!

Ingredients

150 g of flour
75 g of grated gruyere cheese
1 sachet of baking powder
1 tbsp of oil
100 g of diced ham
150 g of pitted green olives
4 eggs
10 cl of milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

Cut the olives into slices.

Step 3

Pour the eggs into the flour and mix.

Step 4

Add the milk and oil and mix.

Step 5

Add the ham, olives, and gruyere cheese and mix.

Step 6

Add the baking powder and, as usual, mix well.

Step 7

Pour the mixture into a buttered cake pan and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
