Preparation
1 Cut the roast into slices but not all the way through so that the slices still hold together.
2 Between each slice, place a croc monsieur cheese, a slice of bacon, and a hamburger cheese.
3 Drizzle lightly with oil, add thyme garlic, and then bake. Add onions in between so they are not overcooked.
Finally, when the cooking is almost done, add a slice of each cheese on top of the roast.
