Ingredients
1 can of 410g unsweetened condensed milk
2 tomatoes
200g mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
6 pitted black olives
4 slices of Parma ham
10g butter
3 tablespoons oil
salt, pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (th. 6).
2. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes, the ham into strips and the black olives into rounds.
3. Wash and slice the tomatoes thinly.
4. In a bowl, mix the milk, flour and eggs. Add the tomato concentrate and feta cheese, mix and season.
5. Pour the mixture into a buttered dish. Arrange tomato slices, ham strips and olives on top.
To finish Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
