Juicy Pomegranate Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 pomegranate, seeds only
  • ½ small bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
