25 ml of coconut cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the white part of the leeks into small sections and rinse under water in a strainer to clean thoroughly.
Step 2
Add the potato, onion, chopped garlic, and chicken broth.
Step 3
Cook everything and then blend the mixture, adding the coconut cream at the end and blending one more time.
