Ingredients
- 600g leeks
- 30g butter
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the leeks in half lengthwise and then cut them into pieces. Rinse them carefully.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the Cookeo pot, add the leeks and heat up gently on the “reheat” mode / 25 min, stirring from time to time with a wooden spoon.
Step 3
Add the lemon juice, mustard and sour cream to the pot. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and start cooking again on the “pressure cooking” mode / 4 min, adding 2 tablespoons of water.
