Ingredients
- 2 leeks
- 1/2 l of water
- fresh cream
- pepper
- salt
- 50 g of butter
- 2 potatoes
- 1/2 l of milk
- chopped basil
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté the leeks (well washed and sliced) with the piece of butter, then add the potatoes.
Step 2
Stir and add the water and milk. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Puree the soup, then add the fresh cream and chopped basil.
