Ingredients
• 500 g of cooked leeks
• 1 onion
• 20 g of butter
• 3 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 puff pastry
• 1 goat cheese log
• 24 pistachios
• 2 slices of smoked salmon
• 5 cl of heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C or thermostat 6.
Step 2
Sauté the sliced leeks in melted butter for 10 minutes with the goat cheese and heavy cream.
Step 3
Before the cooking time ends, add the shelled pistachios. Set aside.
Step 4
Roll out the puff pastry in a pie dish and pour the leeks on top.
Step 5
Heat the olive oil and add the chopped onions. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 6
Pour it over the tart and bake it for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the puff pastry from the oven and let it cool.
Step 8
Garnish with slices of smoked salmon.
