Ingredients
For the vinaigrette:
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 1 tbsp hazelnut oil
- 1 shallot or red onion
- 1 can of lardons
- 2 tomatoes
- 120g of lentils
- Some feta
Preparation
Step 1 – Cook the lentils as indicated on the packaging (usually 30 min in cold water from boiling water). Let them cool down, for faster results, you can rinse them with cold water.
Step 2 – Prepare the vinaigrette.
Step 3 – Fry the lardon pieces.
Step 4 – Cut the tomatoes into fairly thin quarters (more pleasant in the mouth) as well as the diced feta.
Step 5 – Add the cooled lentils, lardons, feta, and tomatoes to your vinaigrette.
Step 6 – Enjoy your meal!
