Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 Morteau sausage
- 1 carrot
- 1 minced leek
- 10 peppercorns
- 800g of peeled potatoes
- a little butter
- 2 shallots
- parsley
Directions
- Boil the Morteau sausage for 30 minutes in boiling water with the carrot, minced leek, and 10 peppercorns.
- Meanwhile, cook the peeled potatoes, and in a frying pan, brown the 2 chopped shallots in butter. Add the potatoes and sliced Morteau sausage, a ladle of broth, and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
