Mozzarella Italian Cake” – delicious and easy to make!


for 6 people

3 eggs

150g flour

1 packet baking powder

10cl olive oil

10cl milk

200g diced mozzarella

2 diced tomatoes

salt, pepper


1 Preheat oven to 180°C.

2 Whisk the eggs with the flour and baking powder.

3 Gradually add the milk and olive oil.

4 Add the mozzarella and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

5 Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin.

To finish, bake for 40 minutes.
