Ingredients:
– 1 pie crust
– 1 small pot of sour cream
– 1 tbsp flour
– Grated Gruyère cheese (quantity to taste)
– Pepper
– Salt
– 400g of mushrooms (I personally mix wild mushrooms and button mushrooms to avoid costs)
– Garlic
– Chives
– Tarragon
Preparation:
Step 1: Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in oil.
Step 2: They should lose a lot of water before being placed on the pie.
Step 3: Halfway through, add crushed garlic.
Step 4: Meanwhile, line a pie dish with the pre-made crust, prick it with a fork and pre-bake for about 10 minutes.
Step 5: At the end of the cooking time, add salt, pepper, chives, and tarragon to the mushrooms. Stir well.
Step 6: Sprinkle the mushrooms with flour while still on the heat and mix well.
Step 7: Pour in the sour cream and stir well.
Step 8: The sour cream will thicken; turn off the heat.
Step 9: The resulting mixture is a coarse and unattractive mix, but it will be arranged.
Step 10: Pour the mixture into the crust, sprinkle with the grated Gruyère and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
Step 11: The crust should just be golden.
