Neapolitan pizza” – classic Italian pizza with thin crust and simple, fresh toppings.

Preparation

1. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and add the chopped onion. Cook on low heat until it becomes translucent. Add the chopped garlic at the end, just enough time for it to slightly brown without burning. Add the tomato flesh and bring to medium-high heat. Let simmer for 20 minutes, adding oregano, basil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and sugar to taste. Lower the heat and stir to reduce the sauce. Set aside.

2. Preheat the oven to 210°C.

3. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top it with the tomato sauce, folding the edges slightly. Add the cheese, capers, anchovies, and olives.

Finally, bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until the pizza is golden brown.
