Ingredients
3 tablespoons of sour cream
Pepper
Salt
10 new potatoes
2 cans of 140-150 g tuna
1 shallot
Lemon
Chopped chives
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 2
Crush the tuna in the bottom of a salad bowl and add the diced shallot (as finely as possible), chives, lemon juice and sour cream.
Step 3
Mix everything well.
Step 4
Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes and mix them with the tuna mixture.
