Pastrami and Appenzeller Mini Sandwich” – short, sweet, and easy to understand!


For 6 people

100 g of thinly sliced Appenzeller® cheese

6 slices of pastrami beef (available at Amish butchers)

1 jar of marinated peppers

1 baguette

Lettuce leaves


1 Cut the baguette into 6 portions.

2 Wash the lettuce leaves and cut the peppers. Fill each sandwich with a lettuce leaf, two or three slices of Appenzeller®, 1 slice of pastrami, and the peppers.

To finish, close the sandwiches and serve with pickles and aioli sauce.
