1. Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into strips. Sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil for 10 minutes over medium heat. Add salt and pepper.
2. Unroll the pizza dough onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce on it, add the peppers, chorizo and sliced Cambozola cheese.
Finally, bake for approximately 15 minutes at 200°C.
