Puff pastry snails with ham and Boursin cheese.

1 puff pastry sheet
Grated Gruyere cheese
1 box of Boursin cheese with garlic and fine herbs (or other cream cheese of the same type)
4 slices of white ham
1 egg yolk (optional)

Step 1
Roll out the pastry on an oven or worktop plate.

Step 2
Spread the Boursin cheese over the entire surface, spread the white ham and cover with grated Gruyere cheese.

Step 3
Roll everything up like a Swiss roll, making sure to close the ends tightly.

Step 4
Brush with the egg yolk and bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for about 15 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
