Pumpkin Cream Soup with Thermomix” – 32 characters

Ingredients:

1 onion

1 tsp of oil

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Salt

1/4 pumpkin

20 cl of cream

1/2 tsp of powdered nutmeg

Preparation:

Step 1

Cut the pumpkin flesh into large cubes.

Step 2

Chop the onion in your Thermomix for 15 sec / 0 °C / speed 7.

Step 3

Sauté the onion in the bowl of your robot with oil for 4 min / 100 °C / speed 1.

Step 4

Add the pumpkin cubes to the bowl and add 75 cl of water. Start cooking for 50 min / 100°C / spoon speed.

Step 5

Add the cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. Mix for 30 sec / 0 °C / speed 10.

Step 6

When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
