Ingredients:
– 1 pie crust
– 100g grated Gruyere cheese
– salt
– pepper
– 1 small can of sliced mushrooms
– 20cl thick sour cream
– 4 eggs
Preparation:
Step 1. Roll out the pie crust into a baking dish.
Step 2. Rinse and drain the mushrooms and place them on top of the crust.
Step 3. Mix the sour cream, eggs, salt, and pepper, and pour over the mushrooms.
Step 4. Cover with grated Gruyere cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C (th6-7) for around 45 minutes.

– 1 lid
– 1 baking dish
