Preparation
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2 In a bowl, whisk the 3 whole eggs, add the cottage cheese and oil and mix.
3 Add the granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and bicarbonate then mix.
4 Grease a cake pan and sprinkle cassonade over it. Dip one side of each almond lightly in the batter then stick it to the bottom of the pan (I put about fifteen). Pour the batter into the pan, add a few more almonds on top for decoration then bake for about thirty minutes at 180°C. If the cake is getting too brown, you can cover it with aluminum foil.
To finish, wait a few moments for it to cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar before enjoying it!
