1 garlic clove
6 sausage links
1 can of tomato pulp
1 Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then into thin slices. Slice the onion and garlic.
2 In a non-stick pan, sauté the onion and garlic with a small spoonful of olive oil. Add the zucchini and lightly salt.
3 Add the sliced sausage links, stir, sprinkle with pepper and thyme, then pour in the tomato pulp.
To finish Let simmer for fifteen minutes (until the zucchini is tender). Serve with pasta, rice, wheat or bulgur.
