Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 30g butter
- pepper
- salt
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 4 potatoes
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 tablespoons of cream
Instructions
- Peel and slice the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut them into rounds. Wash the radish leaves.
- In a casserole dish, melt the butter. Add the onion and sauté without coloring. Add the potatoes and radish leaves. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken bouillon cubes. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the cream at the last moment and blend everything together.
