Radish Top Soup” – A tasty and easy-to-make soup using the leaves of radishes, perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 30g butter
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 tablespoons of cream

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut them into rounds. Wash the radish leaves.
  2. In a casserole dish, melt the butter. Add the onion and sauté without coloring. Add the potatoes and radish leaves. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken bouillon cubes. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the cream at the last moment and blend everything together.
