Raw mushroom salad with yogurt dressing.


pepper (or 5 berry mix)


400g fresh button mushrooms

1 plain yogurt

10 sprigs of chives

1/2 teaspoon of dehydrated shallot

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder


Step 1: Prepare the mushrooms. Cut off the stems and peel them by gently detaching the membrane from the stem to the top of the mushroom with the tip of a knife. Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Step 2: Prepare the sauce. Mix the yogurt, chopped chives, shallots, and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: When serving, pour sauce over the mushrooms.
