Rocket & Bresaola Mozzarella” – short but sweet!



5 cherry tomatoes or 2 tomatoes

olive oil

2 balls of mozzarella (or Italian Burrata if you can find it)

100 g of bresaola

50 g of rocket

1/2 lemon


Step 1: Arrange the slices of bresaola on the plate in a way that covers it entirely. Add some pepper and a little lemon juice on top.

Step 2: Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add them on top of the bresaola, along with the rocket. Pour a drizzle of olive oil over everything.

Step 3: Place the mozzarella in the center of the plate. Add pepper.
