Ingredients
For the sauce:
- 2 plain yogurts
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Pepper and ground cumin
- Salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lemon
- 200g sliced zucchini (frozen from Picard)
- 300g fresh pasta (large twists or fusilli)
- 125g frozen salmon
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Cook the frozen zucchini in the microwave (6 to 8 minutes depending on the power).
Step 3
Cook the frozen salmon in the microwave (in the pierced package, 4 to 5 minutes depending on the power).
Step 4
In a large bowl, prepare the sauce with mustard, lemon, yogurt, and seasonings.
Step 5
Add the pasta, mix gently.
Step 6
Cut the zucchini slices into 4 and crumble the salmon.
Step 7
Add zucchini and salmon to the bowl and mix without crushing, then sprinkle with lemon quarters.
Step 8
Chill for 1 hour and 15 minutes before serving.
