Ingredients
For 6 people
200 g dry sausage
150 g cubed Gruyere
150 g flour
100 g walnuts
3 eggs
10 cl walnut oil
10 cl milk
1/2 packet of baking powder
salt, pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and beat them thoroughly. Add milk and walnut oil, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Add the egg mixture to the flour and baking powder mixture and stir well. Finally, add in the Gruyere cheese, walnuts, and diced dry sausage. Pour this mixture into a baking dish and bake at 180°C (thermostat 6).
