Sautéed garlic and lime shrimp

Ingredients
huile d’olive
sel
piment d’Espelette or alternatively black pepper
500g of raw frozen prawns
1 lime
5 garlic cloves or more

Preparation
Step 1
Defrost the prawns.

Step 2
Slice the garlic finely after removing the germ.

Step 3
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.

Step 4
When the oil is hot, sauté the prawns over high heat. Add seasoning.

Step 5
When the prawns turn pink, reserve them on a plate.

Step 6
Sauté the garlic, making sure it doesn’t get too brown, then deglaze with lime juice.

Step 7
Then add the cooked prawns to the pan so they absorb the juice, and serve immediately.
