Ingredients
8 tablespoons of butter, divided
1 pound of bay shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon of lemon juice, divided
1 pinch of garlic salt, or to taste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a large skillet over high heat, melt 6 tablespoons of butter.
2. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until browned, stirring in the hot butter for about 2 minutes.
3. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and then stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mixture is heated through, for about 1 minute.
4. Remove the skillet from heat, and then stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
