Shrimp freshness salad


  • 500g of tortils
  • 1 brick of crème fraîche
  • 250g of shrimps
  • Surimi cut into approximately 10 sticks
  • Rouille


Step 1 – Cook the pasta.

Step 2 – Rinse the cooked pasta with cold water to cool them down and transfer them into a dish once drained.

Step 3 – Add the diced shrimps and surimi sticks into the dish.

Step 4 – Then add the crème fraîche and rouille sauce (around half of the jar).

Step 5 – Gradually add the sauce to the dish while tasting it each time to ensure the flavor suits your taste.

Step 6 – Place the dish in the fridge to cool.
